About Women’s Revival

How WoMen's Revival Came to Be

At Women’s Revival, we believe your health deserves the highest level of care without wasting your valuable time. Our founders, Megan (a registered nurse with years of ICU experience) and Lincoln (an entrepreneur focused on building efficient systems), combined their expertise to design a healthcare experience built around modern women and their busy lives.

Traditional healthcare often means long drives, crowded waiting rooms, and endless delays for only a few rushed minutes with a provider. That model does not work for women who are balancing careers, families, and their own personal well-being. Too often, it pushes people toward shortcuts and quick fixes that fail to address the root causes of their health concerns.

Women’s Revival was created to change that. We bring care to you, on your terms. From at-home blood draws scheduled around your day to flexible in-person or telemedicine consultations, we make it easy to get answers and take action without disrupting your life. Most importantly, our doctors focus on the whole picture, identifying the root causes of symptoms and prioritizing long-term health over unnecessary prescriptions.

Our mission is simple: combine convenience with uncompromising care, so you feel your best and get back to living fully.

WE DO IT RIGHT.

Dr. Jordan Kopcio DC, NMD

Dr. Jordan Kopcio, DC, NMD, received his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ in 2012 and his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois in 2009. Dr. Kopcio’s treatment philosophy is based on getting to the root of the problem and not just finding ways to cover it up or treat the symptoms. Each treatment plan is unique to the patient and their particular problem. When not treating clients, Dr. Kopcio enjoys spending time with his family and checking out new restaurants.

Dr. PETER RAISANEN, NMD

Dr. Peter Raisanen, NMD, works with the best of modern and integrative medicine to achieve long lasting hormonal health for his clients. Dr. Raisanen made the choice to work in hormonal health after seeing the dramatic changes in the well-being and health of his patients. Using hormonal modalities; specifically testosterone replacement and it’s most advanced and optimal replacement strategies, Dr. Raisanen has had much success in optimizing his patient’s health. Currently when not treating patients, Dr. R can be found golfing, hiking the Grand Canyon, archery hunting, or with his family out in the mountains exploring.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is most commonly used to treat symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, but it can also support overall hormonal health in women experiencing imbalances. The potential benefits include:

1. Relief from Menopausal Symptoms

  • Reduces hot flashes and night sweats
  • Eases vaginal dryness and discomfort during intimacy
  • Improves sleep quality
  • Minimize mood swings and irritability

2. Protection Against Osteoporosis

  • Helps maintain bone density
  • Reduces the risk of fractures, especially in postmenopausal women

3. Support for Heart Health

  • May improve cholesterol profiles and blood vessel function when initiated near the onset of menopause

4. Enhanced Mental Clarity and Mood

  • May improve memory, focus, and reduce the risk of depression or anxiety

5. Improved Skin, Hair, and Muscle Mass

  • Promotes healthier, more elastic skin
  • Can reduce hair thinning
  • Helps preserve lean muscle mass and support metabolism

6. Improved Sexual Health

  • Restores libido
  • Reduces vaginal discomfort, increasing sexual satisfaction
The optimal time to begin HRT depends on a woman’s individual symptoms, health profile, and age. General guidelines include:
Perimenopause or early menopause (typically between ages 45–55) is the most common and effective window to start HRT.
Starting within 10 years of the onset of the last period may offer the greatest benefit-to-risk ratio, especially for cardiovascular protection and bone health.

Women with certain health conditions (e.g., breast cancer, history of blood clots, liver disease) may not be good candidates for HRT. Hormone replacement therapy is not one-size-fits-all. It’s important to work with a qualified healthcare provider to evaluate symptoms, medical history, and lab results to determine the safest and most effective approach.

You can safely stay on HRT for several years—and in some cases, even longer—if you’re monitored regularly and the therapy continues to benefit your health and quality of life. Always individualize the decision with a trusted hormone specialist.
